
ABOUT US
We created the first athletics ranking system for The Bahamas. Then we brought you the Bahamas Top 50 Basketball Camp, The Bahamas Hoopfest, and Now Island Relays Bahamas in partnership with The Grand Bahama Tourism team.
We successfully hosted our 1st annual event on March 16-18, 2023 with 6 collegiate track and field programs from Bahamian and US Universities.

Ms. Johnson is an 8X author and founder of Why Sales Network. She started her career working with the NBA and has partnered on sports projects in The Bahamas for almost two decades; including, The International Coaches Clinic, Bahamas Top 50 Basketball Camp and most recently The Bahamas Hoopfest. She received a BA from Prairie View A&M University, MBA from University of Phoenix and hold a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University. Joyce is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.

Coach Sims has served in the following capacities and has the following achievements:

28 athletes currently on college rosters

10 athletes made the World Championship teams

Worked as a coach at the US Olympic training camp in 2016ā

MARVIN
HENFIELD
Coach Henfield has trained, mentored, and invested in the lives of more than 15,000 Bahamian athletes and countless others. Coach Henfield is also the founder of Caribbean Sports Academy (Bahamas), MHB Prison Fellowship, Marvin J. Henfield Education and Sports Foundation, Bahamas Baseball Invitational Classic, Marvin Henfield Basketball Shooting Academy and currently serves as Director of Basketball Operations and Skill Trainer to the Bahamas National Teams [2008 - Present]. He is also Co-Founder of the Bahamas Top 50 Basketball Camp, The Bahamas Hoopfest and [LEAP] Literacy Empowerment for Academic Proficiency [STEM] Program for at risk youth within The Bahamas.

Coach Moss has almost 2 decades of track and field coaching eperience. Moss most recently he served as assistant coach for Bahamas Team at the 2022 NACAC Championships and currently serves as Vice President of Technical Operations for the Bahamas Association of Athletic Associations (BAAA). Coach Moss is a banker and Certified International Project Manager by profession.
